Refund policy
At Gabalush, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange process under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- The request is made within 3 days of delivery
- You have a valid order ID or proof of purchase
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items marked as Sale / Clearance / Final Sale
- Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
- Products that are used, damaged, or missing tags
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us via email or phone with your Order ID and reason for exchange
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange
4. Exchange Options
- Exchange for a different size
- Exchange for a different product of equal value
- If the new product costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, the remaining amount may be issued as store credit
5. Shipping Charges
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
- Gabalush will cover shipping only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
- We will arrange a free replacement or exchange
7. Processing Time
- Exchange requests are processed within 1-3 business days after product inspection
- Delivery of exchanged product depends on your location
